How long can I receive my dress?With Covid-19 slowing things down we urge all clients to consider ordering a bit sooner than the norm. Rush orders are still available but we would of course prefer not to have you or us in that stressful situation. With that in mind, please see the following estimated production times below along with incentives & fees for each. STANDARD ORDER Approximately 5 months (varies with design) RUSH ORDER Approx. 4 Months - 10% rush fee Approx. 3 Month - 15% rush fee Things like heavily beaded items, intricate & highly embellished designs, the season, as well as major changes to one of our designs can sometimes potentially add to these estimated production times.

ShippingThe Seller offers FREE Standard shipping within Australia. Express shipping can be requested by the Buyer and paid for at the Buyer's expense.

Returns, Exchanges and ReplacementsRefunds, exchanges or replacements are not offered for "customize" or "made to order" goods Returns INSTOCK - Returns allowed –15% Restocking Fee may be applied. Item must be in same condition as sent and not worn. Authorization Required. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. MADE TO ORDER - No refunds on custom made to order items. If there is an error on our part the Seller will correct the issue. Authorization Required. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds, exchanges or replacements will only be offered after consultation and approved by Seller and under the following circumstances: 1. If the goods become unavailable and the order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time-frame. 2. If the goods received by the Buyer are damaged or defective due to production. 3. If the goods do not comply with the specifications on the Buyer's order.
